Return Policy
We have a 30-day Return Policy on Lazy Dog Lounger’s purchased directly from www.lazydogloungers.com. Customers are able to return products within 30 days of purchase, if the item is in new condition with all of the original packaging and materials. Returns will be credited for the product only and are subject to a restocking fee.
To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@betteroptionsco.com or at 1-888-752-8262. We will provide you a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Once the package returns to our facility, please allow 2 business days for the item to be inspected. Once the refund is initiated, please allow 3-5 business days for the Refund to post back to the original account used to purchase the item(s)

Lazy Dog Lounger Small- $25
Lazy Dog Lounger Large- $30
**If your order has shipped and you refuse to accept the package or request to return to sender, you will still be charged the restocking fee upon delivery back to our facility.
PLEASE NOTE: Final sale and custom-made products are not eligible for return. Items purchased from other retailers or websites must be returned according to the specific retailer's policies and procedures. Lazy Dog Lounger Shipping Policy
All products ship from Georgia within 24 Hours Monday through Friday. Any order placed on a business day before 12:00PM ET will be fulfilled same business day. Any order placed after 12:00PM ET on a business day or weekend, will be fulfilled the following business day.
We ship FedEx, USPS and UPS depending on package size and rates. Orders of $150 or more ship free of charge and ship via Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS ground. Expedited shipping options and estimated costs are available at check out. An email with tracking information is sent automatically when the product ships.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed. If your order has shipped and you refuse to accept the package or request to return to sender, you will still be charged the restocking fee upon delivery back to our facility.
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states of the USA. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are located internationally, we recommend sending your order to a friend or family member in the United States who is willing to forward it to you.
