Refund policy

Lazy Dog Loungers is focused on quality customer care. If you are returning a lounger for any reason please contact our customer service team at support@lazydogloungers.com. Once the package is received in our warehouse, please allow 2 business days for the item to be inspected to ensure it has not been used and can be resold. Once approved for a refund, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to post back to the original account used to purchase the item(s). We have a 30 day return policy, so any product being returned after the 30 day period may not be approved. There will be a restocking fee as identified below.

If you need to return a lounger due to a defect, please contact our customer service team at support@lazydogloungers.com. If possible, please send us a picture of the product with an identification of the defect. Upon review, we will provide you a pre-paid return shipping label via email. For product defect returns, there will be no restocking fees.

Restocking fees apply to all returns except product defects, which we will inspect and determine on a case by case basis.
